SCOBOL exit-program disconnects SSH session

I just started using SSH and MR-WIN6530 and it seems that when I exit my application and the terminal is terminated, my session also terminates instead of taking me back to a TACL prompt.

This is from the 'exit-program' statement in SCOBOL.

Has anyone run into this and have a work-around?
