AS7.3 has a patch to install. Did you install all the patch?

Re: Advanced Server V7.3A for OpenVMS
I have the logicals :
"PWRK$KNBDAEMON_DEVICE" = "EIA0:"
"PWRK$KNBDAEMON_IPADDR" = "172.25.1.1"
I am running on a alpha ds20 with 1 nic.
It is working if i use netbeui but not on ip.
I have made no changes to the network setup.

Because you migrated form V6.1, did you update licenses?

Re: Advanced Server V7.3A for OpenVMS
I have some as server based and som as client based.
If You mean more than one ip when writing about multinet, then no.
The problem starts during load of the knbdaemon with the 'Port binding failed
'
I will try to upgrade to 7.3a4 to see if it solves my problem.
Thanks for all the ideas.
