You have not yet given us any idea of what version of the O/S you are using.
Try looking at your account quotas, in particular PGFLQUOTA

looking at that virtual address, %xFA0100, this represents decimal 16384256 - or about 32000 pagelets, or 2000 8K pages.
This would certainly seem to suggest that the pgflquo for the account running the backup was way too low.
Do you have any details of the process quotas for the account which was running the backup, and any details of the backup command itself.
