DE500-BA does not work under OpenVMS 6.2 1H3

I have the same problem that Vladimir Fabelic had in July 25, 2005. The machine behaviour is the same, the response to diagnotic commands are the same, etc. But in my case I am using an AlphaServer 400/233, with OpenVms 6.2 1H3, and I have installed the patches ALPCLUSIO01_062, ALPBOOT13_062, ALPLAN06_062, and ALPCPU0D05_062. But DE500-BA does not work. Please, could someone help me? I really do not know what to do?

How do you know that it 'does not work'.
Same as Vladimir indeed? Specific commands that fail, and which messages are reported?
Did it ever work?
What changed?

oops, sorry to re-reply, but the google command is better specifying the -ba with for example:
+de500-ba +openvms +site:itrc.hp.com
or
+de500.ba +openvms +site:itrc.hp.com

Thanks Hein and Ian for your help.
I solved the problem. It was my fault, I did not check the SRM firmware version. It was 5.3_3, I updated it to 7.0_9, and the machine recognized the DE500-BA. It is working fine.
