DECmessageQ 3.2 and Windows 7 - Attach fails

Greetings!

I am supporting a legacy application that uses DECmessageQ 3.2 and has Alpha/VAX OpenVMS systems communicating with Windows PCs.  Generally the PCs are older Windows servers or Windows XP systems.  We recently had to replace one of the failed WIndows XP systems with a WIndows 7 system.  I am trying to get the application to run.  DECmessageQ seems ro run fine, but the application fails to attach to the message queue with an error 4610.  I was just wondering if there might be anyone out there who still runs DECmessageQ and happens to run it on Windows 7.
