Well, took the "easy way out" - removed DECNET OSI and installed DECNET IV, and we are not back and apparently fully operational.

o.k. if You don't need DECnet V features (like DECnet over IP).
Maybe autogen would have corrected the insufficient dynamic memory ...

I had autogen at least once.
Would love to get it to Phase V, but release schedules, and other things push for stopping the fiddling, and starting to get it back on the air again...
