FTP usage

I'm trying to determine if anybody is still running FTP from my server. Running TCPWare version 6.0. and OpenVMS 8.4-2L3

   I don't know what that means.

   Are you asking if anyone on your server is using an FTP client
program?

   Are you asking if anyone is using the FTP server which is running on
your server?

   I know practically nothing about TCPware, but I'd expect its FTP
server to keep (at least) a log file.  If I were interested in the usage
of the FTP server, then I'd look there.

   Usage of FTP client programs might be more difficult to track, given
the potentially large number of such programs (TCPware FTP client, Curl,
Wget, ...).
