How to find the patch of VMS in this new ITRC?

We used to look for the information of VMS patch kits and download them via ITRC. But now I cannot find them here.

Would you please tell me how to find the patch of VMS and where to download them now? Thanks a lot!

Hi,

to access OpenVMS (and other) patches, you need to visit to the HP Support Center:

http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc

-> Download Options -> Patch Management

You need to login with your HP Passport account and you need an OpenVMS software SAID (HP Service Agreement ID) associated with your account to be able to access patch management. To associate SAIDs with your account, use the My Support tab on the HP SupportCenter page.

To get a SAID, you need to have a software service contract with HP, which covers OpenVMS.

Patch access is limited to paying customers since last year.
