HSD30 V3.7D patches ...

Hi all,
I have a customer who is about to upgrade his
HSD30 to V3.7 Firmware. Are there any patches available for this version and are they available for download ?

The latest version I can find anything about is V3.4D-0, so if you've got V3.7 you're way in front.

The big question here is, why does the customer want to upgrade? Is there some symptom they're trying to fix? Do the release notes for the version you have promise a fix? If not, HSD's are old enough to fall firmly in the "if it ain't broke" category.

If there is a problem, what is the symptom and what version are you on at the moment?

Hi John, Thanks for your prompt reply.

The customer wants to gain support for 18GB disks. Also there is support for 36GB disks as well.

It seems no information about the patches is forthcoming so I assume they are not publicly available.
