no universal answer because PF4 is located on keyboard by your emulator software.
If you are using Powerterm (of pathwork32) you can find PF4 on - (minus) of numeric keyboard (same layout of VT keyboard).
If you are using some other old emulator you can find PF4 on F4 key.
If you are using standard telnet of PC you CANNOT FIND PF4.
