Does anyone know what happened to 'LAR'?
I found it still available for download from:

http://vmsone.com/~ovmskits/axp_kits2003/system_tools/lar/

There's also some documentation here, which provides an address to get an authorization code for the s/w, but unfortunately the URL is dead ...

Our management now requires regular availability reports; so 'LAR' looks like an ideal tool - if only I could find where to get the authorization code.

However, if it's dead and gone, is there any similar tool that would do the job?
