Modify E-mail/SMTP on an OpenVMS

I have e-mail notofications for different processes from the OpenVMS through our Exchange server. However, I have some users are not getting the e-mail like they should even though their email alias name spelled correctly. I need to trouble-shoot this issue, but uncertain where to check first. Can someone help me with this?

The manual lists the SMTP logical names which are used to control the SMTP log outputs.
