Depending on architecture and VMS version, you use the ECP datacollector or (if newer) the common TDC datacollector. A link to TDC is on the above mentioned homepage.

For your immediate response ...
i got the kit .And one more thing i was already installed the availability manager kit in my system , i can able to view the system process and other things ,but i can't extract the system information .Is there any way extract the system data from availability manager tool. Give suggestion any other tool use to monitor and extract the system resources like process ,cpu and memory. And plz give suggestion which one is more useful and reliable ECP or availability manager ...

Availability Manager is a real-time performance monitor and troubleshooting tool. It's not really good for collecting data to be used later.
ECP is more suited for analyzing data previously collected.

As Ian suggests, T4 is an excellent utility. See http://h71000.www7.hp.com/OpenVMS/products/t4/index.html. The VMS Technical journal has an article on using T4, see http://h71000.www7.hp.com/openvms/journal/v3/t4.html. T4 has the advantage of allowing a system history to be preserved with minimal use of disk.
