Open File manager service not start
Hello!
First excuses of my english.
I purchase one licence of OpenView data protector with Open file manager, and install two products in one Proliant DL380G4 storage, with the Windows 2003 embeded version. The licence of Data Protector is already ok installed and the Open file manager license code is ok. The probelm is when I start the Open File manager and select the server who has installed programs, appear this message: "The service could not start, reboot server is required", I reboot the server and the problem it´s the same. The service of File manager couldn't start manually.
Thanks
