OpenVMS SCSI drive data recovery

I'm looking for referrals to companies that can perform data recovery of an ODS-2 9.1GB wide SCSI-2 volume (Compaq BB00911CA0).

The volume is recognized by the boot console on a DS20 and by OpenVMS V7.3-2 but will not mount - after a timeout period it says the device is offline.  Error counters are not incremented.

The Sysadmin has discovered that no backups were taken since early February.
