Oracle 11gR2 (11.2.0.4) Standard Edition for OpenVMS I64 has shipped and is available for download from OTN at :

 

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/enterprise-edition/downloads/index.html

 

A RAC version of 11g is under development . If you have interest in beta testing RAC enabled 11g on OpenVMS please contact directly Oracle.
