You can run the file to decompress the file and then use the Polycenter Software Installation utility to install the patch.

shoud do it if .PCSI file in default dir.

Most patches, if not all, come in this format. Run the executable, then PROD INSTALL. for exact syntax:

$ HELP PROD INSTALL

would tell you all you need (and more).
