Problem on one OV license supporting more than one application
Does anybody know if one OV license support more than one application being developed on it?

Are you sure we are talking VMS (OpenVMS) here?
If so, WELCOME!
Please tell us what version, what hardware?
If not, maybe another forum is a better choice.
It seems the term OV is used mainly in the Management software and system tools
