Service Pages Organization Filter

Good day. HPSD 4.5.
The service pages configured every client may view his own Service Calls. BUT he can select Organisation by clicking a button in the service page. And he can view all Organisations in the system. The question:
how can i restrict this feachure for a clients?
Im a begginer. Help Please. I promise ill never ask such stupid Questions again :)))
