smartterm in HP-UX 11.00

I just got done igniting my backup unix box and i am running into problems using smartterm to telnet to this backup box. My question is what do i have to change on the hp L2000 to get it to recognize smartterm.
just when you thought you had the answer

You've posted to the OpenVMS forum.

I can say that I have customers using SmartTerm to telnet into VAX and Alphaserver systems with VMS installed.
