Solutionto that request.
Some kind of feedback mechanism is useful,
but I find all the ITRC's points-and-hats
stuff somewhat annoying, so I try not to
encourage or discuss it more than necessary.
Awarding points for responses to topics like
this one seems to me to be particularly hard
to justify (and I'd prefer not to get any for
this response).
Of course, I'm an unusually grumpy person,
so it might be unwise to let me spoil
anyone's fun (or reduce his point totals).

Re: Steven Schweda has risen to Royalty!
you may pretend to be an "unusually grumpy person", well I am considered such by some as well.
OTOH, I like to do some socialising with those I know from DECUSses (be any name), from Bootcamp, or only from some smalltalk that can accompany the Forums.
The hats-&-points is just a game, which you can like or not, whichever, I respect that.
On an entirely other level (maybe better, in another universe) is what you do wrt VMS, and in THAT universe you stand out!
Despite your request I gave you 10 points, but please consider ZERO of them are for getting promoted, and all the rest for your work on ZIP. (and someday, somehow, I hope to find means to thank you for your other projects).
I sincerely hope this did not offend you!
Proost.

Re: Steven Schweda has risen to Royalty!
It takes more than that. (And at least now,
"Replies may still be submitted, but they are
not eligible for points.")
Personally, I'd save the Info-ZIP reward
points for the day when Zip 3.0 and UnZip 6.0
are released. (Still no date set, in case
you were wondering, but I may have a fix for
the annoying "-76 bytes too long" complaint
in the BETA UnZip 6.00c kit. All hope is not
yet lost.)
