I need to help.
Our vms version is 7.1-1.
that machine has upgraded VMS version 7.3-1.
it's all right.
but installed "DEC AXPVMS VMS_UI_HANGUL V7.3 Layered Product" (actually, here is korea)
,some dump messages was happened.
it happened when i commanded "show dev", "show mem" only.
$ show dev d

I finded VMS731_CLIUTL-V0100 kit.
I installed that patch kit with VMS731_PCSI-V0100,
VMS731_UPDATE-V0100.

look at the VMS731_MASTER_ECO_LIST and consider installing all rating 1 patches. The fix may be in one of the others. If you log this problem with ho they will probably ask you to bring your system up to date in this way.
Note that you installed VMS731_UPDATE V1.0 but the current version is V4.0
The fixes in CLIUTL don't appear to fit your situation exactly.

It looks like the version of SHOW.EXE in
the HANGUL kit does not match the version
of CLIUTLMSG.EXE.
Please file a service call with your local
support center, they will be able to escalate the problem to engineering.
In the meanwhile, you may try copying
SHOW.EXE and CLIUTLMSG.EXE from a non-
HANGUL kit.
