T4: %MONITOR-I-NOUSER, TOPUSER data is not available in the requested input file

I'm having similar problems as in this related thread.

I've also made sure that we have the latest T4 which is V4.3. Is the fix still to email t4@hp.com and ask for the beta version for 8.3?

The thread was over a year old, so I thought that I'd ask.

email T4 at HP

Joshua,

The data file is just another MONITOR recording file. Try the MONITOR/INPUT command to replay it and see what's inside.

Look inside T4$SYS:T4$COLLECT.COM to find the MONITOR command that should be executed. Note that for some versions of OpenVMS T4 fiddles with logical names to select a specific MONITOR image. Make sure your system has the correct versions available.
