Updating Decnet Phase IV to Decnet OSI
Our system run OpenVms V6.2. After we updated decnet to Decnet OSI, the "create node 0 OSI Transport" commnd return:
Command failed due to:
process failure
Could you explain us the reason?

michel, does this error occur every time?
That error is as a result of execuing sys$startup:net$osi_transport_startup.ncl
what is the result of
mcr ncl show osi transport all
