Using NCL to show lapb link
I got Protocol State is not Running......
Leased Line Modem is connected but lapb link is down......
What happen ?

If lapb (X.25 level 2) is down I would check the ssytem at the other end of the line. Do the lights on the modem indicate that the physical level connection is ok?
