XOT on VAX
Hi there !
Is there a posibility to implement X.25 over TCPIP on OpernVMS/VAX with x.25 & DECNet + UXC product? Ideas, experience ?

Hi,
even though you may not have that option on VAX, you could get round that problem by using an X.25/XOT Gateway, ie. X.25 to the X.25 Gateway box, which then maps it to an XOT connection.
The German firm Bintec

produce such a solution in their SW. Even though it's old hat now, what with X.25 and ISDN Networks slowly disappearing, it should still be doable. You can usually pick up older models cheap on Ebay (Europe). Make sure the models support X.25 (not all do). They still have the policy that as long as you have the HW you can download the SW free of charge.
