4.0D patches

On the patches download page, there are no listings for prior to 4.0F. Is there a way to get 4.0D patches? Is there still a list of the patches released for 4.0D?

This is the identification of the latest V4.0D patch kit: DUV40DAS0009-20010724. Perhaps you can google to see if you can still find it somewhere.

V4.0D was no longer supported when the Tru64 UNIX patches were moved to ITRC (the HP site that distributes these).

Thanks for the link, but the link seems to be broken. At least I haven't been successful with it. I tried a Google search on the kit number, but the only hits I got also have broken links. But, I may be able to find someone in-house that has it.
