alt0 interface loses default route
In a cluster running both Tru64 5.1A and 5.1B, the network interface- alt0 will lose it's default route when there is a network hick-up. Any thoughts?

Re: alt0 interface loses default route
Is this still true when you're running with a recent patch kit?
There used to be a problem when network connectivity was lost that routing was changed to go over the cluster interconnect. When connectivity was restored, the routes were not restored. But this was fixed at least a year go.
If this doesn't help, try to give more details.

Re: alt0 interface loses default route
The latest patches I have for 5.1B was pk2. I am in the process of upgrading the patch kit to the 5.1b2 pk4 kit. As for the 5.1A it pk 4. Let me try updating the patches and see if it continues to happen.
THANKS.
THANKS.

Re: alt0 interface loses default route
Hi,
Applying PK4 should solve the problem,
this case happened with me too
