assigned tgt id 12 - out of range for CAM see the disks from the OS

dear all
i have alpha server with tru64 version 4.0f with storage ema12000 with HSG80 dual controller, my problem is that i coulnot see the units from the operating system whil i could see them from the bios >>> wwid -show wwid, also i could see the connection from the controller in the same time i have no zoones on the switches and i could see the connection from the switch
advice pleas
