Binary error decoder for USF/1 3.2

Does anyone have (or know where i can get) a binary error decoder for OSF1? The UERF on the disk I have doesn't appear to be working.

What version of Tru64 and hardware platform are you using? DECEvent (dia) replaced uerf some time ago and the WEBES System Event Analyzer (SEA) has since replaced that. WEBES can be downloaded from:
