bind 9.3.2 / 9.3.3 on Tru64 4.0D

sir,
we have Alpha 4100 servers in cluster with Tru64 Unix 4.0D installed. it has old bind version 4 which was compiled during installations.

i tried to compile new bind version 9.3.2 and later maintainence release, but i cannot do so. it gives foll. errors -

_send_OBSOLETE_

*** Exit 1
Stop.
*** Exit 1
Stop.

the bind site (isc.org) says that the versions have been compiled and tested on 4.0D, but iam not able to do the same on our servers.
