Binding 2 LAN interface

hi,

i have Alpha DS25 server. i want to configure its 2 Ethernet LAN interface as virtully one interface and assign one IP for this one virtual interface.

1- Bind 2 Ethernet LAN interface as one virtul interface
2- assign one IP to this virtual interface
3- only one interface active at a time
4- if one interface failed other interface take place of failed one.
