Compile UNIX V4.0D?

I am trying to compile a set of benchmarks for Alpha UNIX V4.0D. We need it for a simulator.

But our Alpha machine has crashed.

Is there anywhere we can reinstall UNIX V4.0D or gain shell access to compile the benchmarks, or anything other suggestions for compiling to Alpha UNIX V4.0D.

It has to specifically be compiled for Alpha DEC UNIX V4.0D.

Download "Personal Alpha", free alpha emulator from internet and install OS in that virtual machine.
Then you should be able to compile sources yourself.
