If you have a lot of these messages, can be caused by a bad memory module. Also, system crash with cpu exceptions can be because of a failed power supply.

When you use uerf to check the binary.errlog, you will not see a lot of information.
Better use dia or wsea.
The best thing to do in your case is: open a hw case at your local HP support centre and prepare to send the file /var/adm/binary.errlog
