I think you need to first grab it all through:

You should also be able to find two CD's with this stuff with your distribution CD collection. For V5.1B they are in a think book-like folder with a picture of a compass and a swiss army knife on the cover. "open source software collection for HP Tru64 Unix"

I don't know what's in the kit, but it looks
to me as if:

points to Zip version 2.2 and UnZip 5.41,
which are pretty old. Zip 2.32 and UnZip
5.52 are the current released versions. If
you have a C compiler (and "make"), you would
probably do better to build the Info-ZIP Zip
and UnZip programs from the source:

http://www.info-zip.org/UnZip.html
http://www.info-zip.org/Zip.html

(If you need to work with files bigger than
2GB, you'll need versions newer than the
current released versions.)
