Failed to create EVM posting connection

I recently upgraded a client from Tru64 Unix, V5.1B-PK3 to PK4. Since then I am getting the above error in evm log file. Can anybody shed some light on this? Or have you experienced it. Everything seems to be normal...but there are hundres of these errors.
