GNU Tools for the Alpha (Version 5.1A)

Is there a site with precomipled third party GPL tools?

I specifically need GNU C, Flex, and Bison. I will also probably need a few other common tools like ssh, and nedit too.

I've found sites for other *nix sites, but none for the Alpha
