according to this file:
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/Digital/Alpha/firmware/v6.6/smmtable.txt
it is the same as GS140, which you can find here:
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/Digital/Alpha/firmware/v6.6/

The GS60 is retired, so under Alpha Servers, select Retired, then click firmware under that section which will take you to ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/DEC/Alpha/firmware/index.html

This site also provides the 800 # to order media from HP.

I got 5.7 and we did downgrade successfully to the new two CPUs,tested and then upgrade for the old two ones.
