You can use WEBES for Tru64 Unix.

Hello,

We use compaq insight manager snmp agent, mrtg/rrdtool, and mon (http://www.kernel.org/software/mon).
We use also collect & collgui (the old in perl/TK, not the new and bad in java).
Proactive alerts are sent to HP support with isee/webes.

we also use isee/webes and have a gateway where events are sent to HP and checked.

I would look into using isee+related. Then you can use the same solution across HP servers (HP-UX/Windows-proliant/alphaservers)
