how to run orbix

hi all,

we have temip5.0 running on our servers,installed by our vendor. we have just installed temip client for windows.
and when we try to run the program, there's a message something like: "orbix is not running on server. please run orbix first".
could someone please tell me how to run orbix or how to check whether it's installed or not, because we are no longer in contact with our vendor.
