HP Live now available for Tru64 UNIX customers in North America

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to make you aware of a relatively new service now available to the Tru64 UNIX community, this service does require a support contract.


HP Live is now available for Tru64 customers in North America.

HP Live is a web-based support tool that enables you to interact with an HP support specialist online. You can "chat" in real-time while saving time in resolving problems.HP Live enables you to:

- Experience greater support interaction versus using the phone and email only.
- Solve problems fast through shared problem solving or "web collaboration".
- Share web pages online with a support specialist to find the most relevant web content specific to your problem.
- Web "chat" in real-time with a support specialist.

HP Live is available to customers who own a support contract. Access to HP Live from the NLSA page is intended for NA and Canada customers only; access in European and Latin America countries is from the Patch and Knowledge database search areas of the ITRC.

Note also that the HP Live button will only appear when agents are available to take a call.
