I can't download the sys_check!!!

I have finished the form "http://h30097.www3.hp.com/sys_check/register.html" , I get a blank page after i submit, the next page is http://onlinecgi03.compaq.com/mail/Form-Mail.asp , it say "The page cannot be displayed"

I want to feedback the webmaster from the right lower button "feedback to webmaster", i get the same blank pager after i finished the form.

i download the jdk1.3.1 from the http://www.compaq.com/java/download/index.html encount the same problem.
did any one successfull download the sys_check form this website or any other site?

Maybe de link between the register and the download is corrupt.
