IMPORTANT:::: Error MCC-E-ASNCORRUPT

Hello:

I have a problem with TeMIP V4.0f on True64Unix. I have an operation context wich doen`t work correctly. In the operation context`s trace file we can read the following text:

Unexpected return status 52878842 in routine temip_ds_read_record_extended at line 219 in file FDatastore.cxx Error text is : %MCC-E-ASNCORRUPT, ASN.1 encoding corrupted

and in the alarm handling`s trace file we can read the same message.

What can I do?

temip is a mission critical application, why not address the problem to the support center which can forward it to the competence center for temip?
