Latest version of Tru64

I am having difficulties determining the latest version/patchkit for Tru64. I have installed 5.1B and NHD-7. Does this give me the latest version/patchkit?

Assuming you did everything correctly, the answer is "yes".

To check you would do a "dupatch -track -type kit". There it would display the installed patch kits. The last one should be:

T64V51BB26AS0005-20050502

The B26 means BL26, the AS0005 means PK5. This is the latest one (for another year or so).
