Legato Netwroker is not stats in tru-64 Unix

Legato Netwroker is not stats in tru-64 Unix

After restrating tru-64 unix server the legato networker service do not starts. I tried
"# caa_start networker "
Start of newtworker on (cluster node) is failed
could not start resource networker

details :
Legato Networker ver 6.1

Check syslog messages and try running the startup script "outside" caa. See also messages in /var/cluster/caa/log.
