Modem settings under Tru64

Hi all, I am new to Tru64 UNIX and I am looking for the commands to allow me to setup an external modem connected through TTY01 with the following settings:

logins disabled (no getty)
parity none
wordsize 8 bit
1 stop bit
flow control "rts"

stty settings: hupcl, cread, imaxbel, isig, echo, echoe, echoctl, iexten, opost

all special POSIX handling off (nothing set for "erase", "werase", "kill", "intr", quit", "susp", dsusp", "eof", eol", "eol2", "stop", "start", "lnext", "discard", "reprint", "status")

If anyone can help me out it would be hugely appreciated!!!
