Need to config a ts 700

I telneted to a TS 700 and I get the #. I'm trying to see what command or commands do I put next to check and also change the TS settings. Please help.

What's a "TS 700"? Is it anything like a
DECserver 700? If we assume so:

My first guess would be that it's expecting
the "Access server login password", the
default value for which (as I recall) is
"ACCESS" (probably not case sensitive). If
that works, HELP could be informative.

Basic hardware documentation seems to exist

I didn't immediately see a command reference
