Non-commercial Tru64 v. CXXOSF PAK

Now that Sun is offering its whole Sun Studio
development kit for free (license and download),
has anyone at HP given any serious thought to
adding a few compiler PAKs (CXXOSF, for example)
to the Non-commercial Tru64 PAK bundle? Parity
with VMS in this regard would be a real step up.
