problem help for ds10 with scsi BUS

Alpha DS10 (SRMfirmware V6.9-1,AlphaBIOS = 5.71 -R1) with UNIX5.1B & S/N- KZPCA-AX scsi adapter

i have more than 10 ds10 workstions in my office system,SIX of my workstations sometime appear scsi BUS problem in UNIX5.1b environment. Problem occurs random during my workstation was booting or running .When problem occurs,in the dx consle window there will be some scsi error alert.
Following log sentence is onece error log of them.

i have do a lot of check on my workstation,and whether i change scsi card,scsi cable or harddisk,the problem may still occur on the workstation.And this problem will be random occur.So i wish you can help me ,if there are some system compatibility or other problem. And how can i get rid of this problem.
