Can someone please indicate what the following SCSI messages mean. ALso, are there any patches for Tru64 v4.0F for ITPSA...

Do you have PK6, pk7 and pk8. If not, please go thru this patch releases details and choose the correct one for you.

Alice,
Patch Kit 6 has few patches for ITPSA2 which fixes some timeout and SCSI reset related issues, so please take your system to PK6 (if you don't have upgraded) and lets see the problems.
